Fairfax Financial to redeem notes due 2022, 2023 on March 28

New York, March 1 – Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. plans to fully redeem its outstanding C$446 million 5.84% senior notes due Oct. 14, 2022 at 106.999 and outstanding C$400 million 4.5% senior notes due March 22, 2023 at 106.456, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed March 28.

BNY Trust Co. of Canada (416 933-8500, 416 360-1711) is the trustee.

Fairfax Financial is a Toronto-based holding company for subsidiaries in the property and casualty insurance business.
