ViacomCBS to redeem seven series of notes at par

New York, Feb. 26 – ViacomCBS Inc. plans to redeem all notes outstanding under seven series at par plus a make-whole amount and interest, according to a news release.

Specifically, the notes to be redeemed are the company’s

• $35,218,000 outstanding 2.25% senior notes due Feb. 4, 2022 to be redeemed March 15;

• $415,931,000 outstanding 3.375% senior notes due March 2, 2022 to be redeemed March 15;

• $117,618,000 outstanding 3.125% senior notes due June 15, 2022 to be redeemed March 29;

• $196,566,000 outstanding 2.5% senior notes due Feb. 15, 2023 to be redeemed March 15;

• $141,408,000 outstanding 3.25% senior notes due March 15, 2023 to be redeemed March 29;

• $243,328,000 outstanding 2.9% senior notes due June 1, 2023 to be redeemed March 15; and

• $840,734,000 outstanding 4.25% senior notes due Sept. 1, 2023 to be redeemed March 29.

Bank of New York Mellon and Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas are the paying agents.
