Beijing Energy repurchases $33 million of 8% notes due 2022

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 26 – Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. repurchased $33 million, or 29.38%, of its $112,308,000 of 8% senior notes due 2022, according to a notice.

The bonds were repurchased in the open market for a total consideration of $33,592,444, which included accrued interest.

Following the repurchase, $79,308,000 principal amount is outstanding.

Formerly Panda Green Energy Group Ltd., Beijing Energy is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company focused on the development, investment and operation of solar power plants in China.
