Bausch Health to redeem C$100 million 7% senior notes due 2024

New York, Feb. 26 – Bausch Health Cos. Inc. plans to redeem C$100 million of outstanding 7% senior secured notes due 2024 (Cusips: 91911KAK8, C94143AK7), according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed on March 29 following a C$100 million redemption of the notes on March 24 for a total of C$200 million redeemed prior to the end of the first quarter of 2021.

The notes will be redeemed using cash generated from operations.

The Bank of New York Melon (800 254-2826) is the paying agent.

The Laval, Quebec-based company makes pharmaceuticals, medical devices and over-the-counter products, primarily for eye health, gastroenterology and dermatology.
