IBM Credit to redeem notes due 2021, 2022, 2023 on March 26

New York, Feb. 24 – IBM Credit LLC plans to redeem its $500 million of 3.6% notes due 2021, $500 million of 2.2% notes due 2022 and $750 million of 3% notes due 2023, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed in full on March 26.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

The information technology and computer company is based in Armonk, N.Y.
