Bausch Health to redeem C$100 million of 7% senior notes due 2024

New York, Feb. 22 – Bausch Health Cos. Inc. plans to redeem C$100 million of its outstanding 7% senior secured notes due 2024 (Cusips: 91911KAK8, C94143AK7) in order to reduce debt, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed March 24 using cash generated from operations.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the paying agent.

The Laval, Quebec-based company makes pharmaceuticals, medical devices and over-the-counter products, primarily for eye health, gastroenterology and dermatology.
