China’s Fantasia receives tenders for 29.39% of 8 3/8% notes

Chicago, Feb. 18 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd. announced the results after the expiration time of 11 a.m. ET on Feb. 17 regarding its tender offer for its 8 3/8% senior notes due 2021 (ISIN: XS1784286327), according to an announcement.

Noteholders tendered $141,209,000 of the outstanding $480,429,000 notes, or 29.39%, by the deadline.

The company will repurchase all of the notes tendered.

As previously reported, the company is paying $1,001.50 per $1,000 note, plus interest. Interest has been calculated at $37.454861 per $1,000 note.

The company will pay, in the aggregate, $141,420,813.50 plus interest.

After the completion of the offer, $339.22 million of the notes will remain outstanding.

Settlement is expected for Feb. 19.
