Colombia calls all $1.29 billion 4 3/8% global bonds due 2021

Los Angeles, Feb. 16 – Colombia issued a notice of redemption for its 4 3/8% global bonds due 2021 (Cusip: 195325BN4).

The republic will redeem all $1,294,146,000 of the bonds on March 18 at a make-whole price plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the paying agent.
