Vista Outdoor to redeem 5 7/8% notes using new note proceeds

New York, Feb. 16 – Vista Outdoor Inc. plans to redeem its 5 7/8% senior notes due 2023 using proceeds from its new $350 million private notes offering and cash on hand, according to a news release.

The proceeds will also pay related fees and expenses.

Vista Outdoor is an outdoor sports and recreation products company based in Anoka, Minn.
