New Mountain to fully redeem 5.75% $25-par notes due 2023

New York, Feb. 5 – New Mountain Finance Corp. plans to redeem all of its $51.75 million outstanding 5.75% notes due 2023 (Cusip: 647551209), according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on March 8 at par of $25 plus interest from Jan. 1 through the redemption date.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

The notes traded on Nasdaq under the symbol “NMFCL.”

New Mountain Finance is a New York-based business development company.
