Moscow’s DME Airport tenders for two series of notes due 2021, 2023

New York, Jan. 20 – DME Airport DAC has commenced a consent and tender offer regarding its $350 million 5 7/8% loan participation notes 2021 (ISIN: XS1516324321) and a tender offer for its $300 million 5.075% loan participation notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS1772800204), according to two announcements.

For any and all of the 5 7/8% notes, the company is offering to pay par plus an early tender premium of $26.25 for a total consideration of $1.026.25 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

For the 5.075% notes, it is offering to pay par plus a $20 early tender premium for a total consideration of $1,020 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

The maximum acceptance amount for the 5.075% notes is $150 million.

The early participation deadline for both tenders is 11 a.m. ET on Jan. 27, and the offers expire at 11 a.m. ET on Feb. 9.

Dublin-based DME manages, operates and develops Domodedovo airport in Moscow.
