Graphic Packaging redeems 4¾% notes due 2021

New York, Jan. 20 – Graphic Packaging International, LLC redeemed in full its 4¾% senior notes due April 2021 on Jan. 15, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The proceeds of a $425 million senior secured incremental term loan facility were used to fund the redemption. The loan had been obtained on Oct. 15 for this purpose.

Graphic Packaging is an Atlanta-based consumer packaging manufacturer.
