Cemex to redeem $750 million of 5.7% senior secured notes due 2025

Detroit, Jan. 13 – Mexico’s Cemex SAB de CV Tuesday issued a notice of partial redemption of its 5.7% senior secured notes due Jan. 11, 2025 (ISINs: US151290BM45, USP2253TJE0), according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company plans to redeem $750 million of the outstanding $1,070,625,000 aggregate principal amount outstanding on Feb. 16 at 101.9. After the redemption, $320,625,000 of the notes will remain outstanding.

Cemex is a cement producer based in Monterrey, Mexico.
