Together Financial to redeem £350 million notes due 2024

New York, Jan. 13 – Together Financial Services Ltd. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Jerrold FinCo plc, plan to fully redeem Jerrold’s £350 million senior secured notes due 2024, according to a company announcement.

The redemption will be funded using proceeds from the company’s £450 million senior note offering.

The company provides financial services to customers in the United Kingdom.
