Antero Resources to redeem all 2022 notes with proceeds of new issue

Detroit, Jan. 11 – Antero Resources Corp. intends to redeem all $310 million outstanding of its 5 1/8% senior notes due Dec. 1, 2022 (ISIN: US03674XAC02) using the proceeds from an announced, and then upsized, issue of $700 million of senior notes due 2029, according to a press release.

The notes will be repurchased at par plus accrued interest.

Antero Resources is a Denver-based gas and oil company.
