India’s Glenmark to redeem $10 million of 4½% notes due 2021

New York, Jan. 4 – Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. will redeem $10 million of its outstanding 4½% senior notes due 2021 (ISIN: XS1456577334) on Jan. 15, according to a company announcement.

The notes will be redeemed at 101.125 plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

Glenmark previously redeemed $7.5 million of the notes on Dec. 11 and $182.5 million on Dec. 9.

Citicorp International Ltd. is the trustee, and Citibank, NA, London Branch is the paying agent.

Mumbai, India-based Glenmark is a pharmaceutical company.
