Casino Guichard-Perrachon buys €155.7 million notes from three series

New York, Nov. 5– Casino, Guichard-Perrachon purchased and cancelled notes from three series under its €9 billion euro medium-term note program, according to company announcements.
The company purchased the following:
• €68.2 million of its €850 million 4.726% notes due May 18, 2021 (ISIN: FR0011052661);
• €19.4 million of its €750 million 1.865% notes due Jan. 13, 2022 (ISIN: FR0013260379); and
• €68.1 million of its €1 billion 3.311% notes due Jan. 25, 2023 (ISIN: FR0011400571).
Following the buyback, €529 million of the 2021 notes, €367 million of the 2022 notes and €557.8 million of the 2023 notes remain outstanding.
Casino is a food retailer based in Saint-Etienne, France.
