Mondelez offers to purchase up to $1 billion of 10 series of notes

New York, Sept. 30 – Mondelez International, Inc. commenced a cash tender offer to purchase up to $1 billion, including a premium but excluding interest, of 10 series of notes.

The notes to be purchased include the 7% notes due 2037, 6.875% notes due 2038, 6.875% notes due 2039, 6.5% notes due 2031, 6.5% notes due 2040, 4.625% notes due 2048, 4% notes due 2024, 3.625% notes due 2023, 3.625% notes due 2026 and 4.125% notes due 2028, according to a company announcement.

The offer is subject to the completion of a new offering of 2.625% notes due 2050 and other terms and conditions.
