Forterra plans to prepay $100 million of senior term loan

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 14 – Forterra, Inc. said it will voluntarily prepay $100 million outstanding under its senior term loan on Sept. 17.

Following this prepayment and the settlement of another $16 million Forterra has contracted to repurchase, the company will have voluntarily prepaid about $139 million under the senior term loan in 2020, and the outstanding balance will be approximately $485 million, according to a news release.

Forterra is a United Kingdom-based manufacturer of ductile iron pipe, concrete pipe and precast products.
