Segro to redeem remaining 6.75% notes due 2021, 7% notes due 2022

Chicago, July 24 – Segro plc plans to redeem all of its remaining 6.75% notes due 2021 (ISIN: XS0469028319) and its remaining 7% notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS0125077122), according to company announcements.

Of the originally issued amount of £300 million on the 2021 notes, £79.3 million remains outstanding. The notes will be redeemed Aug. 17 at a redemption amount of 108.45 together with interest.

Of the originally issued amount of £150 million on the 2022 notes, £39.1 million remains outstanding. The notes will be redeemed Sept. 14 at the adjusted redemption price of 110.559 together with interest.

Following redemption, both sets of notes will be cancelled.
