Alight Solutions to pay down term loan with notes proceeds

New York, July 24 – Alight Solutions plans to use proceeds from a $250 million add-on senior notes offering for general corporate purposes, which will include repayment of its term loan, according to a market source.

The notes were upsized from $150 million.

Alight is a Lincolnshire, Ill.-based provider of integrated, cloud-based human capital solutions.
