Sorrento Therapeutics repays $120 million term loan with Oaktree

Columbus, Ohio, June 12 – Sorrento Therapeutics Inc. fully repaid its $120 million term loan agreement with Oaktree Capital Management, LP on Friday, according to a news release.

The debt was comprised of an initial $100 million term loan and a $20 million incremental loan.

Sorrento Therapeutics is a San Diego-based clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on malignant cancers.
