Mondelez terminates $2.5 billion revolver following note issuances

Olympia, Wash., May 6 – Mondelez International, Inc. terminated its $2.5 billion senior unsecured 364-day revolving credit facility on Wednesday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The termination follows the company’s recent issuances of $1 billion of senior notes on April 13 and $1.5 billion of senior notes on May 4.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA was the administrative agent.

Mondelez, formerly Kraft Foods Inc., is a snack company based in Deerfield, Ill.
