Nile Delta buys back $17.8 million of 4% sukuk certificates due 2020

Olympia, Wash., April 30 – Nile Delta Sukuk Ltd. bought back $17.8 million of its 4% sukuk certificates due 2020, according to a notice.
Following the April buyback, the outstanding amount is about $379.6 million.
The sukuk was originally issued in February.
The issuer is a subsidiary of Dana Gas PJSC, a private sector natural gas company based in Sharjah, the United Arab Emirates.
