World Bank calls $150 million of 0% notes due 2046 from three series

Los Angeles, April 14 – International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, or World Bank, plans to redeem $150 million of zero-coupon notes in three tranches, according to separate notices.
The bank plans to redeem its $50 million callable zero-coupon notes due April 27, 2046 (ISIN: XS1397885671) on April 27 at 114.974204, according to a notice.
World Bank also plans to redeem its $50 million callable zero-coupon notes due April 27, 2046 (ISIN: XS1398538220) on April 27 at 114.841023, according to a separate notice.
In addition, the bank gave notice it will redeem its $50 million callable zero-coupon notes due April 27, 2046 (ISIN: XS1397885838) on April 27 at 114.929798.
Citibank, NA, London Branch is the paying agent.
World Bank offers loans to developing countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
