Credit Agricole calls $1.25 billion additional tier 1 resettable notes

New York, Aug. 9 – Credit Agricole SA will redeem its $1.25 billion issue of undated deeply subordinated additional tier 1 resettable notes on Sept. 23, according to a notice.
Holders will receive par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.
The notes were issued on Sept. 18, 2014.
Credit Agricole is a Paris-based bank.
