Lloyds Bank plans to redeem 0% notes due 2045

New York, Aug. 7 – Lloyds Bank plc is redeeming its 0% notes due 2045 for a purchase price of 120.858 per bond, or $36,257,260.50, according to a regulatory release.
The $30 million of securities will be redeemed early on Aug. 27, when they will also be delisted.
Lloyds is a bank and financial services group based in London.
