Nordea Bank calls $1 billion 5.5% perpetual additional tier 1 notes

Tacoma, Wash., July 25 – Nordea Bank Abp will redeem its $1 billion 5.5% perpetual non-call September 2019 additional tier 1 notes on Sept. 23, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed in whole together with accrued interest.

The issuer, formerly Nordea Bank AB, is a financial services group based in Stockholm.
