Mexico’s Grupo Posadas buys back $7.4 million 7 7/8% notes due 2022

Morgantown, W.Va., March 26 – Grupo Posadas, SAB de CV has purchased and cancelled $7,395,000 of its 7 7/8% senior notes due 2022, according to a press release.

The company paid $7,527,647.85 for the tendered notes, including accrued interest.

After settlement of the buyback, $392,605,000 principal amount of the notes remains outstanding.

D.F. King & Co., Inc. was information and tender agent for the repurchase offer.

Grupo Posadas is a hotel company based in Mexico City.
