Peru’s Pesquera Exalmar plans to redeem all 7 3/8% notes on Feb. 19

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 18 – Pesquera Exalmar SA plans to redeem all its 7 3/8% senior notes due 2020 on Feb. 19, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus $424,570.97 of accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

Pesquera Exalmar is a San Isidro, Peru, fish company.
