Voya CLO 2016-3 directed to redeem five classes of secured notes

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 4 – Voya CLO 2016-3, Ltd./Voya CLO 2016-3 LLC received direction from holders of a majority of its subordinated notes to redeem five classes of secured notes from refinancing proceeds on Oct. 18, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest:

• $372 million of class A-1 senior secured floating-rate notes for a redemption price of $375,577,006.92;

• $84 million of class A-2 senior secured floating-rate notes for a redemption price of $84,887,137.91;

• $36 million of class B mezzanine secured deferrable floating-rate notes for a redemption price of $36,435,401.96;

• $36 million of class C mezzanine secured deferrable floating-rate notes for a redemption price of $36,568,801.96; and

• $24 million of class D junior secured deferrable floating-rate notes for a redemption price of $24,563,201.31.

The subordinated notes will not be redeemed.

State Street Bank and Trust Co. is the trustee.
