Jamestown CLO V manager, holders explore redemption of secured notes

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 13 – Jamestown CLO V Ltd./Jamestown CLO V LLC said its portfolio manager and some subordinated noteholders are currently exploring a potential optional redemption of its secured notes.

The notes would be redeemed using sale proceeds, according to a notice.

Holders of the class A-R, B-1-R, B-2-R, C-R, D, E and F notes and the subordinated notes were notified.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.
