Sus Bee to cut 3 5/8% notes due 2017 to €11.32 million via redemption

Chicago, Sept. 12 – Sus Bee Finance SA issued another notice for its 3 5/8% notes due 2017 with the fourth partial redemption set for Sept. 17.

Afterward, the aggregate principal amount of the notes will be reduced to €11,318,233.35 from €11,543,272.33, according to a company notice.

The redemption amount will be €450.08 per note, and the pool factor will be 0.45007797%.

As previously announced, the company issued a partial redemption notice for €50 million of the 3 5/8% notes on Dec. 17 with a redemption amount of €75,401.03 per note and a pool factor of 75.401034%.

Then the issuer issued a second partial redemption on March 14 for a redemption amount of €810.44 per note on March 19 using a pool factor of 0.81044085%. The second partial redemption lowered the aggregate principal amount of the notes to €11,894,262.57 from €12,299,483.

The third partial redemption had been set for June 18 with a redemption amount of €701.98 per note, and pool factor of 0.70198048%. The third partial redemption reduced the notes amount to €11,543,272.33 from €11,894,262.57.
