India’s Reliance Infrastructure redeems debentures via sale proceeds

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 30 – Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it redeemed in full several series of nonconvertible debentures using proceeds from the sale of its Mumbai Power Business to Adani Transmission Ltd.

Payments were made in full on Aug. 29 for the series 3, 5, 11A, 11C, 11D, 12A, 13A, 13B, 14, 16, 17, 19, 25D, 25E, 25F and 27 debentures, according to two separate notices from the issuer.

Based in Mumbai, Reliance Infrastructure generates, transmits and distributes electrical power in India.
