Heidelberger Druckmaschinen calls some of 8% senior notes due 2022

New York, June 18 – Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG announced a partial redemption of its €205.4 million of 8% senior notes due 2022.

The issuer will redeem 26.972% of the notes at a price of 104% of par on July 18, according to a notice.

Each €1,000 principal amount of outstanding notes will be reduced to €730.28 and the total outstanding after the redemption is completed will be €149,999,512.

Holders will receive €280.51 per note, made up of €269.72 of principal and a redemption premium of €10.79.

Heidelberger Druckmaschinen is a Heidelberg, Germany-based manufacturer of offset printing presses.
