Kraton calls $282.41 million of 10˝% notes due 2023 at 110.4118

Chicago, June 12 – Kraton Corp. issued a redemption notice for its $282,409,000 of outstanding 10˝% senior notes due April 15, 2023.

The notes will be redeemed on June 13 at a price of 110.4118% of par issued in tranches of $51,409,000 and $231 million, according to the call notice.

The issuer also will pay accrued interest to the redemption date.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the agent.

As announced, holders had tendered $157,591,000 of the $440 million of outstanding 10˝% senior notes due 2023 in the offer that ended at 5 p.m. ET on May 18.

The company’s subsidiaries Kraton Polymers LLC and Kraton Polymers Capital Corp. were tendering for the notes at a price of $1,107.66 per $1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest up to but excluding the settlement date.

Kraton is a Houston-based producer of engineered polymers and styrenic block copolymers.
