Magnetite VIII directed by holders to redeem six classes of notes

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 2 – Magnetite VIII, Ltd./Magnetite VIII LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem six classes of notes in full from refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.

The class A-R notes, class B-R notes, class C-R notes, class D notes, class E notes and class F notes will be redeemed on or about Feb. 26.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.
