UPC issues call for €450 million 6¾% notes, CHF 350 million 6¾% notes

Chicago, Oct. 17 – UPC Holding BV issued a redemption notice for its €450 million of 6¾% senior notes due 2023 and CHF 350 million 6¾% senior notes due 2023.

The notes will be redeemed on Oct. 27 at par plus any premium plus additional amounts and accrued interest to the redemption date, according to the notice.

The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the trustee, transfer agent and principal paying agent.

The record date will be Oct. 26.

The redemption is contingent on the issuer obtaining financing.

As reported, UPC priced $550 million of 10-year senior notes at par to yield 5½% on Oct. 13.

The issuer is a Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands-based telecom, a subsidiary of Liberty Global.
