Hong Kong’s Emperor International buys back half of 4.7% notes due 2022

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 4 – Emperor International Holdings Ltd. said it repurchased HK$400 million, or 50%, of its HK$800 million 4.7% notes due 2022 on Tuesday.

The repurchased notes were cancelled on Wednesday, leaving HK$400 million principal amount outstanding, according to a notice.

Emperor International is an investment holding company based in Hong Kong.
