Neuberger Berman CLO XIV directed to redeem notes via refinancing

Norfolk, Va., March 31 – Neuberger Berman CLO XIV, Ltd./Neuberger Berman CLO XIV, LLC received written direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem all classes of secured notes through a refinancing, according to a notice.

The collateral manager is now exploring options to effect the transaction.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Neuberger Berman Fixed Income LLC is the manager.
