Sigma Alimentos sets call price for 5 5/8% notes at $1,044.87

New York, March 7 – Mexico’s Sigma Alimentos SA de CV said that the redemption price for its $450 million of 5 5/8% notes due April 14, 2018 will be $1,044.87452294 per $1,000 principal amount, according to a notice.

Holders will also receive accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date of March 9.

The call price was calculated using a Treasury rate plus 40 basis points, as required by the make-whole formula for the notes.

Sigma announced the redemption on Feb. 7.

Sigma Alimentos is a branded foods producer and distributor based in Monterrey, Mexico.
