Bakkavor calls £150 million 8¾% secured notes due 2020 at 106.5625

Chicago, Feb. 22 – Bakkavor Finance (2) plc said it will redeem its £150 million of 8¾% senior secured notes due 2020.

The notes will be redeemed on March 24 at a redemption price of 106.5625% of par, or a total redemption price of £163,452,750, plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date, according to a company notice.

The paying agent is Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch.

The redemption is contingent upon the issuer obtaining funds under a new credit facility.

The issuer is a London-based manufacturer of fresh prepared foods.
