Nuance Communications calls $600 million of 5 3/8% notes due 2020
New York, Dec. 9 – Nuance Communications, Inc. will redeem $600 million of its 5 3/8% senior notes due 2020.
The issuer will pay 102.688% of par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date, which has been set as Jan. 7, according to a notice.
Nuance previously said it would redeem $600 million of the notes using proceeds of a new offering of 10-year notes and cash on hand. The company priced $500 million of new 5 5/8% notes due 2026 at 99.062 on Thursday.
The issuer is a Burlington, Mass.-based provider of voice and language software.
