Advanced Disposal gets tenders of $352.31 million 8¼% notes, calls rest

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 10 – Advanced Disposal Services Inc. said it received and accepted early tenders from holders of $352,313,000, or about 64.06%, of its 8¼% senior notes due 2020 under its tender offer for any and all of the notes, according to a press release.

The company will pay a total consideration of $1,045 per $1,000 principal amount for the notes tendered by the early deadline of 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday.

The total consideration includes a $20 early tender premium.

Early settlement was expected to occur on Thursday.

The company called the remaining notes not redeemed on the early settlement date for redemption on Dec. 10 at $1,041.25 per $1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest.

The offer began on Oct. 26 and was set to expire at midnight ET on Nov. 23.
