Perstorp to redeem 8¾%, 9% senior secured notes, 11% second-lien notes

Chicago, Nov. 4 – Perstorp Holding AB will redeem its $380 million 8¾% senior secured notes due 2017, its €270 million 9% senior secured notes due 2017 and its $370 million 11% second-lien notes due 2017.

The redemption date is Dec. 5, with a record date of Dec. 2.

For the senior secured notes, the redemption price will be par plus an additional amount of €1.35 million for the euro notes and $1,847,222 for the dollar notes, according to a company notice.

The second-lien notes will be redeemed at par plus an additional amount of $12,436,112.

Holders also will receive accrued interest to the redemption date.

The redemption is contingent on closing of the issuer’s senior secured notes due 2021 and second-lien notes due 2021.

The principal paying agent is Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch. The Luxembourg paying agent is the Bank of New York Mellon (Luxembourg) SA.

The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the trustee.

The issuer is a Perstorp, Sweden-based specialty chemicals manufacturer.
