CVS Caremark to redeem $1.09 billion of senior notes on July 27

Norfolk, Va., July 26 – CVS Caremark Corp. called $1,088,656,000 of its senior notes, according to multiple notices.

The following will be redeemed in full on July 27:

• $541,305,000 of 5.75% notes due June 1, 2017, to be redeemed at 104.1762;

• $343,025,000 of 6.6% notes due March 15, 2019, to be redeemed at 113.7012; and

• $204,326,000 of 4.75% notes due May 18, 2020, to be redeemed at 113.2503.

The company will also pay accrued interest.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.
