Bank of Oklahoma to redeem all $226.55 million 5.75% notes due 2017

Morgantown, W.Va., July 15 – Bank of Oklahoma, NA gave notice that it will redeem in full its $226.55 million outstanding 5.75% fixed-rate/floating-rate subordinated notes due May 15, 2017.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 15 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

BOKF, NA dba Bank of Oklahoma is the trustee.

The bank is based in Tulsa, Okla.
