Hydra Dutch issues call for €210 million floating-rate notes due 2019

Norfolk, Va., June 16 – Hydra Dutch Holdings 2 BV issued a conditional call for all €210 million of its floating-rate senior secured notes due 2019, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

If the redemption condition is satisfied or waived, the redemption date will be July 18. If it has not been satisfied or waived by July 18, the redemption will take place one calendar day following the satisfaction or waiver.

Wilmington Trust, NA is the trustee. Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the paying agent, and Rabobank International is the security agent.
