Partner Communications buys back NIS 34.51 million series B, E notes

Norfolk, Va., March 23 – Partner Communications Co. Ltd. repurchased NIS 34,511,277 of its series B and E notes on Tuesday under its buyback plan announced last October, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Partner bought back NIS 10,449,855 of series B notes at a purchase price of 110.4 for a total price of NIS 11.5 million.

It also repurchased NIS 24,061,422 of series E notes at 107.3 for a total payment of NIS 25.8 million.

The purchased notes will be delisted from trading.

The company also bought back on Monday NIS 32,649,775 of its series B notes and NIS 93,040,218 of its series E notes for NIS 36 million and NIS 100 million, respectively.

As previously reported, Partner said on Oct. 21 that it may repurchase up to NIS 250 million of series B, C and E notes for one year.

The company’s board of directors approved the buyback plan, which allows it to repurchase the notes until Oct. 19, 2016. It may buy back the notes in open market transactions or in privately negotiated transactions.

Partner Communications is a Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, mobile communications operator.
