Rhiag to redeem €265 million 7¼% notes, €200 million floaters Thursday

Morgantown, W.Va., March 23 – Rhiag-Inter Auto Parts Italia SpA plans to redeem its outstanding €265 million 7¼% senior secured notes due 2020 and €200 million floating-rate senior secured notes due 2019 on March 24, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The total redemption prices, including applicable premiums, will be €293,054,490 for the fixed-rate notes and €200,264,000 for the floaters.

The company intends to fund the redemption by drawing additional amounts under its credit agreement.

Rhiag is a Milan-based manufacturer of aftermarket auto parts.
